We decided from beginning that farm and ranch land transactions would be our specialty and since then have sold over 1,200,000 acres totaling over $667,000,000. We have 14 full-time real estate agents licensed in six states: WY, CO, NE, SD, ND & MT with a consistent record of selling approximately 90% of the properties we list. All of our associates have their roots in farming and ranching, with most of them still engaged in production agriculture. In keeping with our integrity we will give honest Comparative Market Evaluations of land value. We will not "buy listings"- that is to knowingly give a property owner an over-inflated valuation in order to secure the listing and ultimately cause the property be overlooked by buyers, and damage the property and owners reputation.
