Answer: Civic Influencers is a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to inspiring young people to make their voices heardand their votes count. We use cutting-edge data to target campuses and communities where higher civic engagement can make the difference in an election. We believe that our data-driven approach can have a massive impact on increasing young peoples civic power. While most voter-engagement organizations tend to focus on big four-year colleges and universities, we use on-the-ground data to identify places that might otherwise be overlooked, including: Community colleges Trade, technical, and vocational schools People of Color Serving Institutions (PoCSIs) Tribal Campuses Historically Black Colleges and Universities Hispanic Serving Institutions. Weve proven that voter-empowerment initiatives in these communities can result in significant increases in turnoutenough to swing critical elections, be it at the local, state, or federal level. Through our innovative Organizing, Advocacy and Learning (OAL) program, we help train pro-democracy young people (our boots on campus) to engage their peers on the critical importance of voting. For our team of Civic Influencers, theres no such thing as an off year when it comes to protecting our democracy.
