Answer: As CEO of Change Makers Consulting LLC, my philosophy has been simple, you can sell your services everyday, but only sell your name once. I started from humble beginnings and have been operating in the Federal Law Enforcement field for close to a decade. It wasn't until 2019 when I really formulated my business theory. I obtained a position as a Religious Services Assistant supporting three chaplains, and when COVID hit, all three left the department for a variety of reasons. What that left me with was the reigns to that entire department in the midst of a challenging pandemic. I learned, I adapted, and I was able to find success in that VUCA world. In 2022, I was given a position where I continued to run the operations of the Chapel, and also handled a new role, the Reentry Affairs Coordinator. The job has been vacant for close to six months and the need for that position was great. I was told I probably wouldn't be successful, but this sounded like another job for my business theory. I continue to do that work as my steady stream of income, and finishing up my MBA in November of 2023, I have decided to once again bet on me. I have a proven track record of establishing my own professional success in addition to many of the small businesses in my area of New Hampshire. I want the opportunity to utilize my talents, techniques, and vision to do the same for any and all clients I have the privilege of working for. My approach starts from the inside of the business. This is not a new venture to me as I've consulted in some capacity for the past 6 years, but this is where I grow my firm into what it is capable of.
