Answer: Centennial Home Inspections is a family owned multi-inspector home inspection firm with three licensed home inspectors. MacK started the firm in 1989 and the company has completed over 7000 inspections in the Puget Sound area. MacK served two two-year terms as president of the local chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors as well as several other Board positions and was appointed by Governor Gregoire to the Washington State Home Inspector's Advisory Licensing Board; he was just re-elected to his second term as Chairman of that Board. In December of 2010 Mack received the "Affiliate of the Year" award from the Seattle King County Realtors for his 20+ years service on the Realtor's Governmental Affairs Committee. Joanne MacKIntosh is a licensed engineer as well as a highly experienced licensed home inspector. After many years as a consulting engineer, she joined the family firm. She is the immediate past president of the local chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors. Cullen MacKintosh is also well trained and highly experienced. He completed the home inspector training program at Bellinham College and of course has apprenticed under MacK for many years. He is a member in good standing of th American Society of Home Inspectors and is the youngest fully licensed home inspector in the state.
