We are a team of immigration paralegals with experience in family-based immigration cases and apply our knowledge to the letters. We have a combined of 20 years experience with immigration cases and have been solely writing letters for 3 years. With our paralegal background we understand that many times law firms do not have the necessary resources to assist in collecting information and then writing the affidavits for their clients and this is why our founder, Petra Melendez decided to create CartasPro. Our process is the following: 1. Call your client within 2 days to set a phone appointment to complete questionnaire (s), normally takes about 1.5 - 2 hours to complete by our intake person 2. We will review questionnaire and prepare affidavit accordingly 3. Will send affidavit to client and client will inform us of any needed changes 4. Client will deliver prepared letter to law firm. Law firms refer clients who have trouble wrting their affidavits to CartasPro. Clients will hire CartasPro directly for their writing needs costing the firm $0.
