We perform a variety of window washing, construction clean-up, and specialty services at extremely competitive prices. Our window washing unit has grown to become one of the largest independent union contractors in San Francisco. We perform our services for buildings of any size using scaffolds, lifts, poles, and chairs. We are also one of the few firms in the city to maintain $10 million of liability coverage to meet the needs of certain marquee properties. In addition to window washing, we also have years of experience providing property managers with a variety of specialty services such as cleaning building facades, steam cleaning, power washing, installing pigeon abatement systems, removing graffiti, cleaning carpets and stripping/waxing floors. For commercial builders, CBM provides a full array of construction clean-up services in a timely and cost effective manner.
