The founding principal, Albert Chiang, has worked on life science projects since 1999 and campus construction since the 1980s. Prior to 1999, Albert and Ted Mahl worked with the two largest architectural firms in California on multi-building campus construction and master planning projects. In 2017 alone, CAC worked on an aggregate construction project valuation of over $100 million.
