Greets each one with the southern hospitality. Blake makes it a goal to make sure everyone feels at home and is a part of growing this business. Without each inspector taking a leap of faith and giving BWS the opportunity to not only represent the inspector but the staff for the respected company, Blake claims it cannot be done without the men and women being professional and doing what they do, inspect. Without each and everyone this business is only as good as the next employee. You will find Blake in the field visiting and getting to know the inspectors who wear the brand. BWS is a team with the inspection staff, customizes the payroll to benefit each inspector, provides the tools to make each employee feel and look presentable. Blake is about giving and building.
