BSI specializes in surveys for residential title transfer with flexible scheduling, quick turnaround times and efficient completion of surveys. Moreover, BSI also has experienced staff capable of completing large scale industrial/commercial surveys to meet the needs of any project. BSI can provide surveying services for the life cycle of large projects including ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys for initial purchases, to Topographic Surveys which support engineering design, to construction layout supporting the building process, and on through Final As-built Surveys for project close outs. Beyond commercial redevelopment, BSI has extensive experience in completing surveys for residential subdivisions from small Minor subdivisions of single lots to Major subdivision for large scale developments of numerous lots. BSIs field crews are equipped with fully robotic total stations allowing efficient collection of survey data and supplemented with GPS receiver technology to tie survey data to the New Jersey State Plane coordinate system when needed. The field crews have extensive experience performing surveys and observing and understanding the nature and implication of use and possession of property as it relates to easements and encroachments. For processing of field data to survey deliverable BSI uses a combination of current CADD software and old school hand drafting to provide surveys that meet the needs and timelines of a variety of clientele.
