Answer: Established in 2007. Brooke Carrere fell in love as a teen, and hasn't regretted a minute of it. During high school, she worked at a Sno-Ball stand and became hooked! "I never wanted to quit; so, years later, I opened my own shop." With the help of her mother, Geraldine, and father, Ernest, she opened Brooke's Sno-World in January, 2007 at 26. "I rented a building and used my tax return to fund the opening. It was a tough decision, but I've proven myself!" "I thought if I was going to do this, I wanted to be the best. Everything has to be consistent, and customer service has to be infallible." She says in the beginning, the business only made $50 per day - and was working 12-14-hour days with no days off. She grew the business, hiring staff and remodeling as she could afford it. After two years, she felt the need for a new building with a drive-through. She built a structure twice the size and watched the business grow even faster. Brooke began selling only Sno-Balls; and then, added a full menu.
