We work closely with our clients to customize patient experience surveys that are a statistically reliable and cost effective way for them to identify areas of weakness and set improvement initiatives. The complexities of medical groups and health plans demand accurate and actionable patient experience data. Physicians often don’t trust the accuracy and reliability of survey results, which limits the practice executive’s ability to improve performance through patient satisfaction incentives. PATIENT EXPERIENCE Our proprietary Patient Experience survey has been designed to cover all critical practice areas and is a statistically reliable and cost effective way for practices to identify areas of weakness, actionable insights and improvement initiatives. PROVIDER ENGAGEMENT The Provider Engagement survey is designed to solicit feedback from physicians about a number of key themes important to medical group administration and executive leadership. CG-CAHPS The CAHPS Clinician and Group survey (CG-CAHPS) assesses patient perceptions of care delivered by a provider (e.g. physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, etc.) in an office setting. This survey is required for groups with 100 or more eligible providers (EPs) operating under a single tax ID. CAHPS FOR MIPS The CAHPS for MIPS survey measures 12 key components of patient’s experience and care within a group. This is optional in 2017 for groups with 2 or more eligible clinicians (ECs) and is not provided as an option for individual clinicians.
