Family owned and operated, we have specialized for the last 28 years and earned a solid reputation in the industrial cold storage and food processing marketplaces. Our experienced staff has extensive expertise in cold storage and food processing design, function, and warehousing for facilities from 200 SF to 600,000 SF. We design areas for specialized equipment, storage rack systems, temperature-controlled spaces, refrigeration systems, processing areas, offices and ancillary spaces. Our experience and depth of knowledge allows us to provide creative solutions for a well-designed site and functional, safe, and thermally-controlled facility that meets the needs of the client. Additionally, we have extensive experience for projects such as industrial and commercial buildings, including non-refrigerated warehousing and food processing, offices, manufacturing, unique specialty projects, and concrete tilt-up facilities. We use Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD along with BIM 360 to facilitate coordination and collaboration with consultants and contractors to help pinpoint conflicts before construction. Our office works closely with consulting engineers, contractors, developers, and all public agencies to ensure a smooth, coordinated effort. We are very familiar with the process, regulations, coordination, and permitting requirements to obtain approval from government agencies. And with NCARB certification, we can provide services for any state in the United States. OUR GOAL is to carefully create, with client collaboration, a unique space or facility that is tailored to the goals and expectations of our client.
