Our name refers to the name given to the Erie Canal when it was first being constructed. The Canal started as an idea, but ultimately grew to become a project that put our great city of Buffalo on the map as one of the finest in the country. We hope to add to Buffalos history by restoring its brewing traditions back to their former prominence. Our beer will be quality beer because it will be made from the finest ingredients available to us. The beer we make will be, above all else, flavorful.
