Established in 1880 the firm has wide experience in mixed use buildings, residential, hospitality, office headquarters and public projects with a specific emphasis on public library buildings. We have technical expertise in the detailed requirements for each of these building types and have specific completed examples that will allow your project to be unique yet enduring. Over the last twenty years we have completed 150 public library projects and designed over 5,000 residential units in varying stages of completion. We have numerous hotel projects completed ranging from the Four Seasons in Baltimore, MD; Boutique Hotels such as the Recreation Pier Hotel and numerous standard hotel projects. We have a strong background in Smart Growth projects that encourage green planning and transit oriented development. This includes Wyandanch Rising in Long Island and the entire now almost complete Harbor East in Baltimore, MD. Harbor East is a 5,000,000 SF development consisting of hotels, 1,000 residential units, Legg Mason Corporate HQ and several other Hotels. We are currently in the CD stage for the new mixed use building which will contain the HQ for Exelon Corporation.
