We believe in the importance of a meaningful and culturally appropriate evaluation that will help programs make informed decisions. Our philosophy includes the belief that meaningful and culturally appropriate evaluations will help programs make informed decisions. We believe in evaluation utilization, systems evaluation, culturally responsive, and empowerment evaluation traditions. We support the use of evaluation data not only to determine the outcome, but also to produce meaningful changes during program implementation, and/or operation. Finally, we believe that the evaluation data should be available as it is being generated, and should be used to help the program stakeholders make decisions that will lead to program improvement. Ultimately, programs with the right information, at the right time, will thrive and provide the best services for the community. ARI serves primarily the city of Aurora, which includes the counties of Adams, Arapahoe and Bennett. Aurora is known as the third most diverse city in the United States and boasts a lexicon of a 133 different spoken languages. Due to this diverse population the programs we partner with serve a diverse population including: refugees, the homeless, veterans, the LGBTQ community, varied socio-economic groups, and populations of all ages and varied ethnicities.
