ARC is the regional planning and intergovernmental coordination agency for the 11-county metro Atlanta area including Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry and Rockdale counties, as well as the City of Atlanta.
