The Almost Home program works with clients on educational, employment, financial, health care, and other individualized goals. Going Home Rapid Rehousing: Provides financial assistance for homeless families seeking to move in to housing in the Athens community. The Going Home program works with clients who have a source of income on budgeting and financial stability while providing financial assistance geared towards maintaining stable housing. Job TREC (Job Training, Referral, Education, and Case Management): Seeks to decrease barriers to housing stability by providing case management services to homeless individuals. Our case managers work closely with each client to evaluate specific needs and to develop short- and long-term goals.
