Answer: We are a sustainable living initiative located in Kansas City, MO. We are engaged in an inquiry of how to be sustainable in an urban environment. Our focus is community, education, and sustainability. We are situated on 10 acres of land, right off I35 and Antioch Road (on the Missouri side). We grow food the natural way, without using pesticides, weed killers, or harmful fertilizers. We have chickens for eggs and meat, goats as mostly pets for now, and several colonies of bees for pollination and honey. We are closed from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday, to allow us to celebrate the Sabbath.
