Answer: The Anderson Center exists to promote growth: individual growth, organizational growth, and economic growth. We provide engaging management and leadership development forums for executives across Greater Minnesota. The Anderson Center offers over 15 unique forums for management education and leadership development at both the executive and managerial level. Each forum provides a peer network, case studies, application exercises and reference materials. In Center forums, experienced participantsincluding owners, directors, executives, managers, advisors and financiersdebate and apply the lessons of real-world case studies guided by highly-skilled Discussion Leaders to improve their organizations. Each cohort of a forum consists of participants with diverse work backgrounds and experiences. Discussion Leaders move about the room, drawing out the unique viewpoints of each participant to help facilitate discussion on case studies and business challenges. During a forum, participants are engaged in the content and have the opportunity to learn from the trials and triumphs of their peers. Participants walk away with the tools necessary to put the knowledge gained during the forum into action at their organizations. The Anderson Center is focused on creating value for our clients by providing high quality services. In 2013 and 2014, 99% of forum participants reported that the forum they attended met or exceeded their expectations, 91% said it was one of the best programs they had attended, and 84% of forum participants reported that they are likely to return to the Anderson Center. We work with our clients to help them find a forum that is the best fit for their needs.
