We are also Collateral Valuation Reporting Certified with Appraisal World. Furthermore, Anderson Appraisals exclusively provides a unique service called the Collateral Reconciliation Confidence Report. This service allows a client to submit all value conclusions prepared by appraisers, real estate agents, AVM or other valuation providers that have been rendered upon a single parcel. Our unique report can analyze those values and render a "Confidence Rating" to each of those value conclusions with supporting graphs and charts. In other words, our exclusive report can determine the most reliable "number" regardless if there are one, ten, or more values in the file.
