Overview of Air-Cleaning BlowersTM (ACBs): Air Cleaning Blowers, LLC developed ACBs to filter and blow air with a minimum of maintenance and maximum of longevity. The first step eliminating all filter media. Without requiring any filter elements, it eliminates the clogging that gives all media a limited life and forces it to require purchasing, servicing and disposing of elements. Without filter media, Air-Cleaning BlowersTM can produce constant air flows, air pressure, air quality, and energy consumption throughout their lives, rendering them truly self-cleaning and sustainable. As the videos at our website show, installation and operation of the Air-Cleaning Blowers is simple. As ACBs pull the contaminated air through their housings, they use the particles' own momentum in a multi-patented, novel way to separate them from the clean air. They then eject the debris back into the atmosphere from where it came, usually outdoors. Used for ventilation, pressurization, exhausting and feed air, ACBs are self-contained and rugged, yet easy to install and transport. Independent testing found that ACBs remove the mass of virtually all particles down to 10 microns (about 1500 mesh), and US government testing found special models clean air better than on N95 mask.
