Randy Ortiz, founder and present CEO, created Advantage with the belief that the people of Northeast Kansas desired more from the heating and cooling industry. One warm spring afternoon, four service calls were performed; Advantage came to life! We have become the number one Rheem dealer in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. Rheem equipment is rated number one in Consumer Reports magazine for dependability. Advantage has played a major role in making Rheem number one. During the years, Advantage has won many awards including awards from Habitat for Humanity, The Lawrence Humane Society, The Ballard Center, and a supporter from The Womens Transition Center. We have become experts in energy audits, high efficiency heating and cooling equipment, insulating attics/walls, and duct/dryer cleanings.
