We serve the coastal Fairfield County towns of Bridgeport, Darien, Easton, Fairfield, Greenwich, Monroe, New Canaan, Norwalk, Stamford, Stratford, Trumbull, Weston, Westport, and Wilton. Our mission is to promote independence and opportunities for persons with disabilities through advocacy, empowerment and education. The five core services offered through our Center are: Advocacy, Peer Support, Independent Living Skills, Information & Referral and Nursing Facility Transition. In addition, a number of additional programs are offered though grants and other funding sources: Information and Referral, Independent Living Skills Training, Peer Support, Advocacy, Transitional Services, Aging and Disability Services, Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services, Assistive Technology, Disability Awareness, Systems Advocacy, Community Advocacy, Technical Assistance, Training and Resourcing and Access 3D Services.
