We were two senior light artists at Blue Sky Studios with a combined 20+ years of working on VFX and Animated Films (Ice Age Films, Rio, Ferdinand, Peanuts, etc...). Weve been in this game for a long time and we know what it takes to get a job in this industry. The problem? We werent seeing the skills necessary from people applying for jobs.
