This warranty covers any builders defects, ensuring that the new homeowner does not have to pay for them within the homes first year. During an 11th Month Inspection, we let the homeowner know what repairs can be made under warranty. -Pre-Listing Inspection, alerts you to immediate safety issues before agents and visitors tour your home, permits you to make repairs ahead of time so that defects won't become negotiating stumbling blocks later. There is no delay in obtaining the Use and Occupancy Permit.
