The list honors the best B2B providers, measured by the UpCity Recommendability Rating. They start by ranking and recommending the top service providers by service area in each local market. Then national ranks are factored in, based on customer reviews, engagement, Google reviews, presence in search engines, and domain authority.

Notably, UpCity helps not only its customers but also the community. Every year, during the award period (January through March), UpCity runs a Reviews for a Cause campaign that contributes $5 per review to the year’s recipient. This year, donations went to support the Sayers Center for African American Adoption in Chicago.
